Two awards are given by the Vail Valley Exchange each year to deserving young people in the Vail Valley.

The first is the Town of Vail Youth Ambassador Award, which is given annually by the Vail Town Council to recognize two outstanding high school juniors from the Vail Valley and to foster a cross-cultural and inter-community awareness between Vail and its 'sister city', the Mansfield Rural Shire in Victoria, Australia. Applications are accepted starting the 1st of September each year and should be completed and submitted on or before the 20th of October at 5:00 p.m. You may fill out the online application or send a copy to Vail Valley Exchange, P.
